The bill (Reg. No. 2708) aims at refining provisions of the Civil Procedure Code, the Economic Procedure Code and the Code of Administrative Proceedings of Ukraine that stipulate the order of obtaining a copy of a court judgment.
Generally upholding the idea of refining legislation on the procedure of obtaining a copy of a court judgment, the people’s deputies made several remarks and suggestions to the bill.
Committee members drew attention to the fact that the Higher Specialized Court for Civil and Criminal Cases positively assesses the bill in general and suggests use the Single registrar of court judgments in order to refine the procedure of acquainting court trial participants with introductory and operative part, as well as with the full text.
